One of the things I love about God’s providence is that in times of difficulty we can rest assured that the hardships that come are by His hand, and not by the enemy. To that end I wanted to share some information with you to keep you all in the loop.
We currently have two broken air conditioning units. One is in the sanctuary and the other is in the family room (room 900). We have a third that is acting up as well. They all need to be replaced, as repairs of these 25-year-old units are cost prohibitive. We have ordered some new ones so please be patient as we wait for them to come in. Unfortunately, our contractor is very busy and the units will not be here for a couple of weeks. The installation will take two days when they arrive so the church may look funny with a giant crane out front. This is a major project. The cost is going to be about $42,000 for the three units.
Room 900 will not be able to be used for the next few weeks so please plan accordingly. We will be using the mom’s nursing room for the temporary “family room” on Sundays until we get the new units in.
Please continue to pray for the needs of the church to be met by our great God who graciously “supplies all of our needs according to His riches in glory.”
Other than this the church is doing really well. We are growing and need to be faithful with all things.
Thank you church for standing with us. May the Lord bless you.
